By using Quizlivo you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

• You can play without an account; creating and publishing requires one.
• You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Impersonating people, brands or the Quizlivo team is not allowed.

2. Your content

• You keep the rights to your quizzes and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, adapt (e.g. thumbnails) and promote them on Quizlivo.
• You confirm you have the rights to the text and images you publish.
• Published content is versioned: people who played a version keep that version's result.

3. Community rules

Content must follow the Community Guidelines. We may reject, unlist or remove content and warn or suspend accounts that break them.

4. Personality tests

Personality tests are entertainment and not a psychological, medical or professional assessment.

5. Advertising

Quizlivo may show clearly labelled ads. Ads never cover quiz answers.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for user-generated content, although we act to remove it when it breaks the rules.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify relevant changes. You can close your account anytime.
